Pricing & Process Information

• One-time $200 deposit for all new clients
Covers insurance, fuel, basic hardware, tool wear, admin time, and project prep.
Non-refundable. Paid once per client, not per job.

• $120/hr for labor
Billed for the time I’m working.
Half-hour minimum for small projects. About 6 hours max per day.

• $100 trip fee for return visits
Only applies after the first visit.

• Materials
You can purchase your own, or I can pick them up.
If I pick them up: store cost + 50% materials handling markup.. Hourly charge as well for acquiring and loading, not the travel time.

• No free estimates
Photos + a few details are usually all I need to decide if it’s a job I’ll take and what materials you’ll need.
If an in-person look is required, the visit is billed normally.
